Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was excellent and the rooms were beautiful and very clean, there were a few issues that should not have been there. The service was one of the best I have had, with staff being absolutely fabulous and pleasant, and the dining was good overall despite a specific issue. The hotel had some great facilities but lacked non-dairy milk, which was disappointing.
The hotel is located in a stunning village location with the canal very close by. The rooms are very large, beautiful, and offer everything one would need, though the pricing may not fully justify the experience. The service is exceptional, with the staff working hard, friendly, and attentive. The dining experience is decent but lacks clarity on some offerings, while the location provides a superb retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with beautiful room views over a canal bank teeming with wild flowers and birds. The direct proximity to a wedding added a touch of charm but also some noise. The location is fantastic with stunning lakeside seating but challenging access. The dining experience had its ups and downs, offering absolutely delicious food but impacted by wedding guest chaos. Overall, a memorable stay with a few minor hiccups.
